You have the right to cancel your order from 14 days from the day that you receive the goods, you must notify us of the cancellation within these 14 days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in original showroom condition.
Goods must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging, and all labels still attached. They should also be securely packaged in a fully sealed box to make sure the contents are protected during the return. Our team will review all items to check they meet the criteria outlined in this Returns Policy. If an item is returned outside of our Returns Policy, the return may be rejected.
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days of the item arriving at our warehouse. We’ll send you a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. Please note, it may take up to 10 days from the date of refund for the funds to appear in your account. This will depend on your bank.
Return postage is non-refundable.
