How does Click & Collect work?
- Find which model you would like to purchase under the Click & Collect service.
- Select which battery size you would like on your bike.
- Add to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- In checkout, you are then able to select under the bike which location you wish to retrieve the bike from.
- Proceed with payment.
- The bike will be dispatched from Oxygen within 1-2 working days.
- You will receive a call from the Dealer whom will build and PDI your bike when it is ready to be collected.

Warranty & Returns
Warranties are based on your bike being returned to the dealer from whom you purchased the bike. Oxygen Electric Bikes Ltd cannot arrange collection of a bike which needs attention under warranty or for servicing.
You have the right to cancel your order from 14 days from the day that you receive the goods, you must notify us of the cancellation within these 14 days. You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them in original showroom condition. Please return to the point of collection to process your return. If you cancel the order before taking receipt of the goods, we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price against the original method of payment.
